Year 1: Initial Deep Cleaning & Sealer Installation
Pressure Washing & Cleaning:
Thorough pressure washing of all hardscape surfaces (pavers, patios, driveways, walkways, etc.) to remove dirt, stains, and debris.
Special attention to any mold, mildew, or moss build-up.
Post-washing cleaning with a degreasing solution where needed (e.g., for oil stains or other hard-to-remove spots).
Re-sanding:
After the surfaces are cleaned, remove any displaced joint sand.
Re-sand all joints with quality polymeric sand to stabilize the pavers and prevent weed growth.
Sealer Installation:
Apply a high-quality sealer to all hardscape surfaces to protect them from water, stains, and UV damage.
Choose a sealer that enhances the color and longevity of the pavers (matte or glossy finish depending on preference).

Budget Flexibility: The budget allows flexibility in terms of labor and material adjustments based on site size or unexpected maintenance needs. If anything, major comes up during one of the years, such as a large area requiring extensive re-sanding or repairs, adjustments can be made by reducing scope elsewhere.
